The 2025 GMC Yukon is a large, three-row SUV that offers buyers plenty of choice. Do-everything drivers will love the base Elevation trim, while off-roading enthusiasts will get excited about the AT4 trims. When only the finer things will do, the Denali trims are there to provide upscale luxury and comfort.
Go Big or Go Home
The Yukon has two sizing options: the standard wheelbase and extra-long wheelbase. The standard Yukon is 17.5 feet long and has 25.5 cubic feet of storage behind the third row. The extra-long Yukon is even more commanding, measuring over one foot longer than its sibling, and offering 16 cubic feet more storage space, along with two extra inches of third-row legroom.
Denali Luxury
Denali and Denali Ultimate models are the epitome of refinement and opulence. The front seats are 16-way power adjustable and feature heating, ventilating, and massaging functions. The Denali Ultimate trim has the option to extend this comfort to the second-row seats as well. Denali Ultimate models feature a 22-speaker Bose Performance Series Sound System, delivering a concert-like audio experience throughout the cabin.
Proven Performance Chops
Two V8s and a diesel engine are included in the Yukon’s proficient lineup. The standard 5.3L V8 produces an impressive 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, while the available 6.2L V8 ups the power to 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. The maximum 495 lb-ft of torque is delivered by the Duramax 3.0L turbo diesel engine, which will be available starting this spring. All engines come with a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission.
Updated Styling
The 2025 model year has introduced several design upgrades. The Yukon sports new front and rear fascias, including Vador Chrome grille accents on Denali Ultimate models. Several new wheel designs are available, ranging from 20-inch machined and painted Carbon Flash Metallic on AT4 models, to 24-inch machined and painted After Midnight Metallic with wheel locks on Denali Ultimate models.
Intelligent Technology
All Yukons come with a massive 16.8-inch center touchscreen with built-in Google software, wireless smartphone connectivity, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. An available rear-seat media system adds two 12.6-inch high-definition displays to the vehicle, along with two HDMI ports and two Bluetooth headphone sets.
In a first for GMC, available Night Vision presents a thermal image that enables you to see beyond your headlights and notifies you of any pedestrians or large animals detected in front of you.
