This was first time since I have been coming to Everette GMC (since it opened) that I felt like I had not been taken seriously or that my concern about my vehicle was fully addressed. My issue is the battery in my 2022 encore was dead which is the second time this has happened since I bought the car new at Everette GMC. The first time the battery had to be replaced I was out of town in Searcy Arkansas. I took the car to ORR GMC and they replaced the battery in 2023. However according to ORR it was not under warranty when the car was only a year old and I had to pay full price to replace the battery. This week I had it taken to Everette’s when this occurred. The service tech I was assigned to said they can’t see any work done at other locations and at first did not want to hold up the warranty. She required me to get a receipt from Orr for when the battery was first replaced before the warranty was upheld. According to GMC website a person should be able to take their GMC vehicle to any GMC dealership and due to the unified computer system GMC uses each dealership can see any work completed on a vehicle at a GMC dealership by entering the VIN number. More importantly my issue with this experience is the lack of effort to determine why the battery in this car continues to die. I have not left lights on, doors open, or any other reason for the car battery to be drained. Something is draining the battery. It is not normal for a car to need a battery to be changed every other year. My service rep told me they could not check the alternator after I asked to make sure there was nothing wrong with it because there was not an error code for it. After I agreed to pay to replace the battery she said they would check the alternator. According to that check the alternator is fine. There was no other effort put into finding out why the battery in this car keeps dying. Therefore I have a three year old car with its third battery in it. I expect it will go out again in a year or two and I will be right back to situation I am in now because no one would try to identify why this keeps happening.

It’s hard to find great customer service these days but Mike Silmon really delivered great customer service. This was the best car buying experience I have ever received. He was not pushy or misleading AT ALL. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and made sure that we did not have any unanswered questions before we drove off in our new vehicle. I think we have found a car salesman for life.

Appointment was for a 10am oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early. I shared 2 additional issues that occurred on our trip home from Wisconsin: loss of audio for all features (3rd time this happened since buying the vehicle 1.5 years ago) and speckled image on the rear camera view at night. Part ordered for radio. I was asked to leave car overnight in the future to see the camera view. Even though I provided a photo.

I was told that my wait time would be 2 hours. I was there more than 4 hours. I waited 3 1/2 hours before anyone consulted me on what work needed to be done. After the consultation, what I initially asked to be done was completed within 35-40 minutes. The lack of courtesy displayed by the staff with not letting me know what was taking so long and then no apology for the long wait was soooooo disappointing.

I have purchased every vehicle for the last 9 years (10 trucks) at Everett Buick GMC from Matt Fikes except one. The other was from the Everett Chevy dealer. We will not be purchasing from ANYONE ELSE!

I was able to get my vehicle fixed in one day. Very courteous service associate that I spoke to and handled my issue. I dropped off my car and within the hour he had called and explained the issue and you had the parts in stock, so it was fixed by noon the next day.

It was ok ! I guess, I’m use to service at Everett Infinity When I got an oil change they made sure your tire pressure was good and washed your car. At GMC service they just gave me an oil change! The nicest thing was the sweet lady that keeps up your snack bar ! She was very sweet !!

First, I want to commend the service department for doing an excellent job with the scheduled service on my vehicle. My concern is with the parts department. My right rear door lock actuator is failing, so I stopped by the parts desk to request a part number and was promptly refused. I was told that part numbers are no longer provided because customers might purchase parts from Amazon. As someone whose family has purchased nine vehicles from Everett since 2008, I find this policy both frustrating and insulting. Is Everett really willing to risk losing loyal customers over something as simple as providing a part number? So much for being "Customer Friendly." Conversely, when I reached out to Crain Chevrolet, they were more than willing to give me the part number, so they received my business instead. Thanks

It was a terrible experience overall. My car took 2 hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. When I received my vehicle back they had reset everything to its manufacturer settings. My phone, SiriusXM Radio was disconnected, I was signed out of OnStar and Google. The rear screens would not connect and when they finally did, apps would not load. I spent a total of 4+ hours to undo what they did with no help from the dealership. They did not contact me to offer assistance until I reached back out to them at 4pm the following day. I reached out through my neighbor to my local Cadillac dealership who helped me restore all of my previous settings. When you purchase a vehicle for very $90k you expect a higher level of service. I will not be returning here for any future service or purchases.

Done in reasonable time

Radio system replaced to solve the issue of losing volume occasionally. It took two hours, but that included investigation of another issue with the rear view mirror camera. A part was ordered for the camera do I'll have to go back for that. I've not been able to pair my phone with the new radio system so will ask for assistance when I go back. It was a busy service day so the waiting time was reasonable.

Branden Everett was an awesome sales person. I drove from Louisiana to Arkansas to purchase a Buick. My experience was top notch. Thank you Brandon and teams. Highly recommend

I have always liked Everett and it’t personnel, but last time was different. I drove 130 miles to have a vent control replaced; it fell out right after my 5000 mile check up. Because my wife was handicapped and cannot stay alone or stay up for long, I specifically made an appointment to get this warranty issue fixed as quickly as possible. I made an appointment for 1:30pm and arrived at 1:00pm. This was a 15 minute repair and was done that quickly, but only after I had waited for 2 & 3/4 hours and made several inquires. It was 4:00 pm when we left. I can fully understand that sometimes things are hectic in a busy shop but specific appointments should not be made if they cannot be honored; at least in a reasonable time, I would have made different arrangements if I had known by rather than have my wife sit for 3 hours with her post surgery leg propped on a walker. I have bought new cars at this location for many years and likely will continue, but this unorganized appointment situation needs to be fixed or eliminated so customers know what to expect and can plan accordingly.

Customer service, very disappointed! We had a terrible experience when we first financed and now when we needed service for our vehicle that let us down when we needed it the most, during the sale of our home! The service department did not keep in contact with the progress of our truck and did not provide us with a loaner, our truck isn’t even one year old! Very disappointed in Everett GMC.

Greeted quickly with excellent customer service, understood problem and despite not having correct tire brand, provided excellent replacement tire, did job correctly, and was efficient in getting my car fixed.

Cannot tell you how absolutely amazing Dylan in the service department was! He made something that would have normally been very stressful easy to handle. He answered every question and concern and never made us feel like we were not cared for. My wife and I had some reservations after the few phone calls in regards to the recall on her truck and she was very hesitant to bring the truck back to y’all to fix but Dylan made sure she was heard and knew that her truck was just as important to fix as it was if it was his personal truck!

Unfortunately, our salesman, Ricky Brown's father passed away during the sales process. All we needed to do was to pick up the car and pay the balance. Virgil was great, truck was defective and returned it 23hours after delivery. Virgil arranged courtesy vehicle . Frustrating to spend so much on a truck with 8 miles on it have a serious mechanical failure.

Sales rep didn't explain operation of infotainment sysrem, gauges, proper break in of 3.0 diesel engine, or even how to reset trip odometer. He also told us we could charge up to $5000 on our credit card without a 3% up charge & we found out at closing he was WRONG!!!

The only thing that disappointed me was that I asked for a battery check and if needed I wanted a new one. The check came back 55 percent life left and recommended replacement, no one contacted me about that.

Made a 12:00 appt for a recall that after I got there I was told it did not include my VIN#. Then they me they needed to run diagnostics and said I needed a new battery. Left 3 hrs later with a $335 bill. Very disappointed 😡

Got oil change and rotating

Service department took care of my car: I had received a message from On-Star that my battery needed replacing and they also recommended an overdo service. But the Cashier staff went way beyond normal service to make sure I could use my GM credit card rewards to help pay my bill, saving me over $180! Talk about outstanding customer service!

My Acadia had sat foe over 3 months and the battery had completely died. So I took it to Everett GMC Buick and they did the diagnostic and was able to get me a replacement because it was under warranty. This took about 3 hrs because I just had to come in when I could so I felt the time was fine. The only thing that was a problem was they forgot to hook the battery up completely. So I was in Hot Springs and had to have another dealership to look at my car. I got in and out there. Overall Everett GMC Buick has a great service department they are always extremely busy. Thanks to all that helped me that day.

Had oil change , tire rotation and two tire sensors replaced . They did not bring air pressure up to normal on two tires.

I am from out of state and this is the second vehicle I purchased from Everett. I enjoyed working with Mike Silmon on a great deal on both my new vehicle and my trade. It took way to long to service the car

The only problems we had was that my cracked windshield was removed before they checked the new windshield they had ordered and when they opened it it was cracked so I had to leave my truck at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. They were very helpful and provided a loaner. Other than that they were very courteous and professional.

Service went great. Had a texting service for convenience. Only issue I had was at the cashier. They had a sign that showed a 3-3.5% fee for credit cards use, but if a debit was used it would not charge the fee. I asked the lady at the counter about it to make sure if I used my debit I would not be charged the fee. She said it wouldn't. Handed her my debit card and she ran it, and when I recieved the receipt it had the credit card fee on it. I inquired and said I thought you just told me it wouldnt charge me the credit card fee and she said it wasnt supposed to that she doesn't have and option in the card reader. I showed her my southern bancorp card that has debit on the bottom. She said im sorry I dont know how to change it. She went and got the manager and he told her to pull money out of the register to give it to me and leave a note. Well she did not have any ones or fives. "How convenient" the manager pulls out his wallet and puts a 5 on the counter and said he will get his back to take it. I left it on the counter and told them to save it for the next person that gets screwed out of a few dollars. My service was already over $115 for and oil change and tire rotation. What's a few dollars more.

The service was excellent, but having an appointment and having to wait almost 2 hours is too long.

Usually everything goes great, but this time I asked that they check the Tire Monitor System light keeps coming on and they didn't, just told me that if it kept on coming on bring it back in. It is still coming on and showing that particular monitor is not registering any tire pressure. I do have an appt next week to take it back in just for that.

Brandon Shavers was excellent. We are from out of state and when we arrived he had all the paperwork done and ready to sign. He worked with us and we got a great trade in too. He is extremely friendly and caring and made sure all our needs were met and all questions were answered. He set up my phone and went over features on our vehicle which means so much. Many salesman now do not go the extra mile to make sure he has satisfied customer . We will return to Everett in the future and will definitely ask for Brandon.
