Arrived for appointment for oil change and tire rotation; met immediately and made my way to the best waiting room ever. Service was performed in a timely manner and I was on my home before the storms hit.

Your service department has always been easy to work with and very informative. Very friendly and quick to get back with me to go over the problems. I thank them all for their help.

Great service

This was a return visit, because the wrong part was ordered (wheel.) There were a service light on previous, “Service Driver Assist System.” Service Advisor said, the system cannot be detected, because the light wasn’t on at that time. After researching the problem I found other owners had experienced the identity problem which caused damage in others department of the vehicle. I feel GMC should apply more attention to customer complaints. The wheel was replaced.

once again couldn't successfully schedule appointment online, eventually called and actually received a service time, oil shows full on dipstick (this is unusual), no windshield fluid or coolant was added, have not checked tire pressures yet, afterwards an oil spot measuring about 5" x 13" was discovered on the garage floor near the front of the engine location (this has happened several times), "just add cat litter", price up about $30 since last visit, apparently a wheel sensor replaced on our previous visit was changed without the normal $150 fee, all in all an average trip for the oil change and service, nothing like that "Great GM Feeling!"

Hello I'd like to state that this experience has been the worse one, I took my truck for a regular oil service and tire rotation and when I left the dealership had a horrible vibration at 70mph and also was not notified of my tires separating and with cuts on side walls, although my multi point inspection was marked as all perfect, I had to delay my trip due to this issue and would have purchased tires if I was notified of the issue it was very inconvenient and aggravating the situation I was put through on delaying my trip after going to the best dealership where I purchased my truck and having this horrible experience.

I had to pay a diagnostic fee for something that I told them was the problem. That was a $110 down the drain. I’m not a happy customer.

From my first conversation with Everett GMC, I was highly impressed quickly realizing why they have been voted Top GMC Buick Dealership numerous times. The Sales personnel including both Pake and Mike Clayton were always following up when I had questions, helping me decide on options as well as when my new GMC Denali Ultimate would be arriving. Once able to travel to the dealership, Pake walked me through the transaction, use of all options and operations of the vehicle. While it may be a little over two hours to reach Everett, it will always be my first call when it's time for another vehicle. What comes to mind? the highest respect, knowledge and professionalism from all I interacted with. No surprises once on site and genuinely nice people.

I was greeted by P. Clayton as soon as I got out of the car. He listened to everything I wanted and worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted.

I was promptly greeted and my vehicle was put into line for an oil and filter change. Recognizing I did not have an appointment, I found my way to the waiting area and had a cup of coffee. The waiting area is really nice and the attendants over the coffee and snack bar were very pleasant and friendly. After about an hour and a half, I walked out side to see if there was any progress on my vehicle. I found my vehicle on the lot and I found a bench to keep an eye on it hoping it soon be headed to the bay for service. After twenty minutes or longer, I needed to return to the waiting for some water. Just as I got to the waiting room, I received a call that my vehicle was ready which surprised me knowing I just saw my car in the lot the past 30 minutes. Nevertheless, I paid my bill and found my way to the desk where the vehicle would be returned to me. I questioned why it took so long to process the paper work as the vehicle in the lot for the past half hour. I’m not a complainer, the waiting room is extremely nice and was very comfortable while I waited and the service was completed to my satisfaction. But, I left wondering why it took so long to process the paperwork. I’ll be back.

Warning light came on that vehicle was overheating as I was coming home from picking up one of the kids from work. I made it to Everett's dealership for them to check it out. They were all trying to get the serviced cars out for today. They told me they would check out mine first thing in the morning. They did and called me a around 7:20 the next morning with problem and cost. I approved the repairs to be made. They called back around 10:30 to tell me the repairs had been completed. They worked with me to come get the car when I could get a ride up there. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was told the engine filter needed to be replaced. Well that was a big mistake. When I got home I checked the filter placement and found it was NOT installed properly. Top cover was NOT put back in slots causing a 2inch gap and ONLY 1 screw was tightened on cover. Therefore leaving air to bypass the filter and going straight into the control sensors WHICH WOULD HAVE CAUSED MAJOR COSTLY PROBLEMS IF LEFT IN THAT IMPROPER INSTALLATION. This experience has made me question about if any other things I have had done in that service department was done properly as I paid to have done. What that mechanic failed to do is inexcusable on his actions that I paid good money to have done and trusted that it be done accurately. I bought that vehicle brand new and expected it to be accurately maintained at that dealership where I purchased it. And I or any other customer should NOT need to recheck what was done after being serviced at that dealership. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITUATION I EXPERIENCED THAT DAY.

Outrageous prices. Was charged for an electrical tech on my tailgate(the latch was broken and the only electronics in there is the backup camera). Quotes should include taxes as well. Staff was rude to my girlfriend who picked my truck up.

When they finish my vehicle after I paid for it and got my keys, I had to get my keys back to attendant to go get my vehicle instead of my vehicle. Be pulling up up front where I can just walk out and get in and dry off. More structure is needed after you pay for your vehicle and she should be out front waiting on you after you get your keys from the cashier.

The customer service was very good and the salesman from beginning to end took care of my needs with courtesy and respect.

The service was great! Everyone was helpful and very friendly. They listened to my concerns and fixed the problems! I love the waiting area, it was nice and clean. And they still have the cleanest bathroom! There is one thing that I will do differently the next time, I will bring cash or a check to pay the charges. I was caught off guard, they charged extra 3 percent for using credit card!

Kevin Russell and Tracy Harmon were great. Ian Little delivered me to the car. Ian, showed me the Buick App to make sure that the ENVISTA was in the system and handed me the keys, then he walked away. I was never shown the features or how to work anything on the car. I was contacted later that night by Kevin Russell for me to return so that he could go over things with me. I work a very busy schedule, so I am not sure when I will get the time to return to the dealership again. I just didn’t feel like Ian was really interested in the great customer service that I have always been given at that dealership.

I had an appointment. And although I had to tell my service tech twice that I had an appointment they did get my oil changed in a hour instead of the two hours I was quoted after he did not hear me the first time I told him I had an appointment. I think even an hour is too long when a customer has an appointment. They were very busy as they always are and I understand mechanic work can be time consuming. They were, as always very polite, had a valet retrieve my car promptly and have a comfortable waiting area.

Clark Crone has stayed in touch with me for a good while when I was searching for a used truck. I decided to buy a new truck and he made it easy. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and the truck was being fueled . He explained the warranty and all the documents that went with the purchase. I took the truck on a test drive and returned ,ready to make the purchase. He explained all of the buttons and how to change options if I didn't like the way were set. I was very happy with my purchase and would recommend others to purchase their vehicles at Everett.

Called to check on oil change wait time. No wait!! I arrived in about 5 minutes, immediately got my truck checked in and they quickly had my truck in the service area. Short wait and I had my truck back, oil changed and tires rotated!!!

Dave is an outstanding salesman. He is easy to deal with very polite. Dave really knows his product and his business and tries to take care of the customer. The finance department was spot on also. I was in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. He had everything taken care of ready to go.

I brought my car in last Thursday for a check engine light, oil change, and the 5th battery its needed since 2020. An intermittent issue,related to the numerous replacement batteries is the car being turned off, the radio not shutting off immediately when drivers door is opened. The service advisor, Ryan, suggested I take the shuttle home and he would call me. He recommended a coolant flush, which I indicated I would consider but my primary concern was the battery and check engine light issues. When he called, he went over the costs of the replacement battery and the cost to replace the door handle on the drivers side to fix the radio not going off at a cost of $595 and mentioned the car was leaking coolant and needed some sort of valve, $110 and coolant flush was $160 and the battery was $235 plus $50 to install. I questioned why I was,required to pay for the battery as the previous 3 batteries in 2021 and 2022 and 2023 were replaced free of charge. He said he would pull my history and let me know. All together, to fix everything, it would be around $1200. That was more than I cared to spend and I only approved the oil change and battery. He said the car would be ready by mid morning. The following morning he called and said he was willing to make a deal that if I paid for the water valve, the coolant flush would be on the house. I declined because I had never noticed coolant in my driveway, the car didn't overheat, and the air conditioning worked as,it should. I asked if the battery was replaced and oil change completed and he,said yes, but he still needed to find out about the battery cost. Three hours,passed and he hadn't called so I called again and he said he,would talk to the shop foreman and get back to me. I left another message,at 3 and again at 4. Finally, in frustration, I called and asked to speak with the head service advisor and I was connected to Michael, who pulled the records, and explained I was required to pay for the battery because it was over 42 months since I paid for the last one, even though two more had been replaced and now a third one. I mentioned that these frequent battery replacements for a car with only 58200 miles seemed excessive to which he agreed, but like others before him, was unable to explain why. He confirmed that I declined the door handle and water valve replacement, and I said I had due to cost of the handle and the fact I had never seen coolant under my car, it had never overheated and the air and heat worked fine. It was too late to get a shuttle ride from home back to Everett, so I was,without my car a second night. Saturday morning I was,able to get a ride and pick it up. I asked again about having to pay for another battery and,was told I would not have to pay for future replacements for a 42 month period. I find it odd that in 5 years, with 3 replacements, two of the batteries which barely lasted a year, and the most recent 22 months, no one can explain why this happens. I have two friends who own Encores, one a 2016 and one a 2017 both with similar mileage and one still has the original battery and the other replaced one time only. Since bringing my car home, there has not been any sign of coolant leaking, the car has not overheated and the air conditioning runs fine. The only water is the clear water that comes from the air conditioner which every car I've ever owned has had that condensation puddle. I am very disappointed in this whole experience. I appreciated the time Michael took to explain things to me, and his prompt callback when he went to speak to someone above him about the battery. Prior to this, my experience with Everett has been positive, with the exception of the unexplained battery replacements. Cindi Morrison

I enjoyed the interaction via phone and working to negotiate a deal. The deal was a very good deal and the dealership honored their deal. I was driving over 6 hours to make the trade. The only thing that needed completed was the paperwork. I requested the salespersons make sure to have all of the paperwork ready when I got there so we could make this a quick transaction and I could get back on the road. I ended up being at the dealership for over 3 hours waiting for all of the paperwork to be completed. I left extremely frustrated.

I have been a customer at Everett for years and have never had any problems doing business with the friendly folks there.

Scheduled on the App for 3pm Dropped vehicle off to Dub and I went to work Dub called me and vehicle was done in 2 hrs. Great experience dealing with Dub and checking out. Had oil, tire rotation and Rim damage fixed all before my 3pm appointment. My only advice to make Servicing my vehicle a better experience was the price for oil change, we used to get free oil changes. It would be nice to get a significant discount considering I bought the vehicle from this location. and I don't know why you would charge for a tire rotation especially since I'm getting my oil changed and I bought the vehicle at this location. I'm not complaining but I would like to think that we would have some kind of discount for these regular services if you bought the vehicle at that location.

Everett had the best pricing I could find in the southeast, so I made contact with a salesman. Most of the detailed transactions where handled over the phone incluing my trade value. I drove the 5 hours to pick the truck up. It only took between 30-45 minutes at the dealership to complete the process and I was on my way. Very good experience and will buy here again.

I cannot stand when you call around to dealerships they pressure you out of the gate for ALL of your info. You can hardly get a "hello, how can we help," or a "my name is XYZ, let me go get that vehicle information for you;" most are: "we need your name, phone number, blood type, first born," to even talk to you. Not at Everett, Kellysue was as personable as they come, along with no pressure to buy. Couple that with clear pricing, and no games to add in dealer fees at the last minute. It was a great buying experience.

I arrived at the service area 10 minutes ahead of my 10:00 scheduled time to receive my 1500 mile service. As I walked towards the office I was greeted by a tech and ask me what he could help me with. I told him I was there for the afore mentioned service and that I had also received a text on my way to the dealership that indicated I had a drivers side rear tire low on air. He wrote that down and escorted me to the waiting area. Soon he was back with the answer that I had picked up a nail in the outside wall of the tire. He explained this would require a new tire. He also said he could have the tire here by the time the other work was completed and I would be ready to go shortly after that. At 12:55 another tech came to me and said the first tech had gone to lunch but had handed me off to him and my vehicle was ready. My first trip to your service department for the initial 7500 mile check up was extremely satisfying, I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was so in hopes this would be the same plus time for the tire to be changed. I was not given an explanation as to why it took almost 2 additional hours to change a tire, or why the original tech didn’t come to me to tell me it was his lunch time and introduce me to his fill in, but I imagine it was because of the extra time. Hopefully my next trip to your service department will be more like the first trip as opposed to the second.

Truck was taken in 6/5/2025 for check engine light and refueling issues. Two items found, spark plug wire was faulty at distributor per mechanic. I authorized replacement (Dillon). The second item, primary reason for service call, was not corrected. I picked up vehicle 6/7/2025, found the refueling issue unresolved and I returned vehicle on 6/7/2025. I did not hear back from service on Monday 6/9/2025 until I called to check on status at approximately 4pm on 6/9/2025. I was informed Dillon had left for the day and Mason took the call. Mason immediately checked on the vehicle and indicated he would get with Dillon Tuesday 6/10/2025 and let me know what was found. As of Tuesday 6/10/2025 I have not been informed of status. I called at 11:00am today to check but went to voicemail. I have not received an update.

Great communication from start to finish. Best price in the nation and after we discussed the initial price estimate and incentives, they stuck to their end of the deal with no hidden fees or any extra costs. Lowest documentation fee I have ever paid. They were very proactive in gathering all of what they needed from me prior to my arrival so I was not waiting around for hours to get the deal done when I arrived. 100% legit, will definitely do business with them again.

He called me with the numbers. We talked about additional items for the new vehicle. Made arrangements to meet and look over new vehicle a few days later. Met, signed papers, then was able to exchange vehicles the next business day. Very quick, easy, and no nonsense.

Good, fair deal, will refer friends

I initially called and brought my vehicle in because I have a tire that I noticed a few weeks back has a crack or split in the side. I bought these tires last may 2024 & I am on disability so milage since I purchased them is about 5k. I have spoke to several service people from the point of making the initial call and coming in yesterday. I am going to San Antonio in a few wks & can't have a tire in this shape. I was initially told they would check all tires to make sure none of the other ones had issues. I am not sure that happened & yes I forgot to ask. I had a recall on the car and was having a oil change. The recall & oil change was done. They also told me I needed a belt and filtered change which I did, totalling close to $300 which is a lot for me since I am on disability, but I trust Everett & have always used them for my work. I did not however get any info on this tire. The first guy I spoke with when I initially called said he has been there 20 yrs and nvr had this issue, he would have to ask parts & I believe it was parts that said they would have to ck also and the young man that did my intake said it look like I hit something which for myself was like uh what not where this tire is splitting. Since I was told it needed the extra things done he also explained he wasn't able at the time to find the Parts guy and when the work was completed same thing and they would call me back. So for me this review is a little premature since my main concern has not been completed. I cam home and started searching the Internet myself and when I googled split in goodyear tire wat I found was a split in a goodyear tire on the side like that has a 4 year warranty and that Weather can cause this. It also said to take it back to the place of purchase (which makes sense) and I assume they handle it from there. Since I am leaving in a few weeks on my trip again this tire & making sure the other tires are ok is a huge concern for me. Like I said Everett has always handled any repairs and I bought my car here so I trust them. SO I am not leaving a bad review but I also believe in being completely honest in my reviews. I am waiting on someone to call me and lets get this tire in and make sure there isn't a issue with the other three tires like maybe on the inside where I am not able to see. Clark Crone has been great every time we have purchased a vehicle. Started off learning about him from some friends which lead to us getting in contact with Clark and he made everything easy! Its because of him and his excellent help that we are willing to drive 3 hrs to buy a second truck.

I think that I was overcharged for my motor mount replacement. I was told that the cost of the motor mounts themselves was over four hundred dollars and the labor was almost a thousand as it was an all day procedure. I got a call just after noon, saying they were finished and when I arrived the cost was over two thousand dollars. My service writer, Mickey, was on vacation so the person that quoted the cost wasn't there to talk to. I plan to call her on Monday and hopefully she will be back by then and can help with this. I was also told that the vibration and hesitation were the fault of the old motor mounts, which were "Split" but the problem still persists and the motor mounts were not split and could not be pulled apart like the fluid filled original stock mounts when they failed.

Great friendly service, the vehicle buying process at Everett is always the best. The only place that I will buy my vehicles.

We love this dealership. Great facilities. Wonderful employees and great service. However, the labor rates for service repairs are becoming unaffordable. It is frustrating to have a simple inexpensive part replaced but pay hundreds for the labor cost.

Brandon Sharver was so very helpful from the beginning when we talked on the phone. He was very informative answering my questions, telling me about the suv and talking me through the process. He showed me and talked me through all the features on my terrain, even did a practice drive with me.

My truck was so thank you! Only issue I had was I arrived at 9 am for my appointment and finally had to walk over at 12:30 pm to ask the status of my truck or if anything was wrong. The person went and checked with the technician and came back to tell me the issue and would be another hour or so. I do not mind the length of time to fix but I went 3.5 hours without any update. I finally left around 2 pm.

Took a little longer than expected to pick up after I put a down payment on the first day and had to drive back 2.5 hours the next day to finish paper work and detail new vehicle. It was about a 3 hour wait.

When we left notification system on dash was all off. In trying to fix it I saw that the Tire Pressure System was off - no tire pressure for drivers side front tire. Had to go to tire place to have sensor replaced. Must have happened when you did tire rotation/alignment.

Everett Buick/GMC is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Ryan and Virgil were the greatest and made the process easy and were very professional.

Service was basically good. No one was at window to take payment when service person brought me my invoice and took me there to pay. He left but I had to wait several minutes until someone noticed me there and called on someone to help me. Also, had to wait outside alone for a while until someone noticed me waiting and went to get my vehicle. I did ask it the front seat floor could be vacuumed but was told they didn’t have enough personnel to do that.
